For extrusion PTFE rods, use PTFE pre-sintered powder to make it in the PTFE ram extrusion machine. It can work with 100% virgin PTFE powder 100% recycled PTFE powder or Filled PTFE powder(like bronze, carbon, or graphite), use the ram method, suitable temperature and holding time, and make sure the PTFE rod with good quality.
